President Trump Calls For End To Violence…Tweets Support for Capitol Police and Law Enforcement

President Trump tweets asking protestors to stay peaceful! The tweet reminded the protestors that the Capitol Police and Law Enforcement are on the side of our Country.

In his first tweet calling for calm, President Trump asked everyone to support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement, reminding everyone, “They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!”

One hour later, President Trump sent a second tweet, asking people to respect the law and our law enforcement officers.

I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order – respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!” he tweeted.

During a live broadcast, Newsmax mentioned that Trump supporters on the scene report that these are agitators and NOT Trump supporters that appear to have caused the chaos.

Millions of Americans have been watching and waiting to see if Vice President Mike Pence would allow the Electoral College votes in 6 states that are being contested over incredible claims of voter fraud to stand, or if he would send them back to AZ, GA, MI, PA, WI, and NV to allow them due process as they pursue election integrity in their states.

Today, they got their answer, as VP Pence released a statement before the joint session of Congress met to decide our nation’s fate, saying he doesn’t believe the Constitution gives him the ability to send the votes back to the states.

Shortly after it was discovered that VP Pence would not back the President in his request to send the Electoral College votes back To contested states, protesters began to storm the Capitol building.

So far, one woman has been shot, reportedly in the neck, but there are no additional reports of serious injuries at this time.
